*meldir captures the love between a mother and her child very well. One can really feel the affection between those two models.
The weather-condition this picture was made in strongly supports the overall impression of the image. The girl's hair dandling in the wind gives life to the picture, the warm yet mild sunlight gives the skin of the models a natural and healthy look.
From the technical point of view, there are some smaller deficits. The highlights are a little blown, especially on the mother's forehead, at the same time, her hair is too dark. Yet, I have to admit, this too supports the portrait's statement.
